These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Nature's Maid website. Please read through the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions do not use this Website. If you do access the Website, and /or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set out below.
How to Order: All orders can be placed online through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.
Acceptance of Order: No order placed by you shall be deemed to be accepted by Nature's Maid until a written acknowledgement of your order is issued by Nature's Maid or (if earlier) Nature's Maid delivers the goods to you.
Method of Payment: You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, or Electron. Cheques and Postal Orders are accepted and must be sent to the following address prior to goods being dispatched, Nature's Maid, 100 Pall Mall, St James London SW1Y 5NQ. Goods will be dispatched once cheques have cleared. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Nature's Maid for incorrect, or incomplete, details submitted on the website. Orders without this information will not be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases. We will take payment in GB pounds (£) and your payment card will be charged accordingly at the exchange rate at the time of payment taken.
We get authorisation from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Your card will be debited for goods that are in stock and ready for dispatch. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
Pricing Policy: VAT & The EU, All products on mynaturesmaid.co.uk are priced in pounds sterling and include EU VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate. Orders to individuals in non-EU countries are tax deductible. Sales to VAT-registered businesses and organisations within the EU will not be charged VAT provided that VAT registration numbers and business details accompany every order Third Party Sites: Nature's Maid is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. This includes prices and listed products.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from following exceptions:
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery: Goods will be delivered as stated in our delivery information section on the website. We aim to dispatch goods in stock as quickly as possible. The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.
At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so any delivery to such an address will not be able to be processed.
Overseas Delivery - This includes The Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland Delivery will be charged according to weight. Alternatively please contact us by email at hello@mynaturesmaid.com with details of the items you wish to purchase and we will calculate the delivery charge for you and advise you on how to proceed with the order.
Deliveries to Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and Liechtenstein will require a personal ID number supplied for each dispatch in accordance with EFTA. Any additional duty charges, will be paid by the customer. Should these charges be paid by Nature's Maid, the customer's payment card will be debited accordingly. This will include any additional charges that are made to Nature's Maid by the carrier, plus a ?10 administration fee.
In the event that your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable period of time please contact us. You will need to provide us with a dated copy of your signature along with your written instructions and details of your order.
Any items that exceed the weight delivery limit of 30kg will be subject extra postage charges. Return of Goods Policy: Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods. In this event, simply return the goods to Nature's Maid, 100 Pall Mall, St James, London SW1Y 5NQ. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted, then they can be returned to us providing they are unused and received within 14 days of the purchase order for a repayment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable. (*This applies to internet) If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a repayment (including delivery charge) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.
With the exception of unwanted goods, items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.)
Cancellation Policy: We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Complaints: We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. Alternatively, you may telephone Customer Services on 0208 133 4881, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday: Except Bank Holidays.
We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 24 hours, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.
Errors and Omissions. We strive to keep our website and publications accurate, up to date and error free. However, whilst every effort has been made to make them so, no responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Data Protection and Privacy: Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Where an order form exists, we will request information from the user as required. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders. In case of difficulty in processing an order, this information will be used to contact the user.
