Fragrant, pear-coloured, lightly-hopped pale lager with brusque yet clipped bitterness, notes of lemon and brown sugar-dusted grapefruit followed with a touch of marzipan.”

Schnitzer beer
Have re-ordered. An excellent beer whether or not an alternative to the traditional gluten varieties. A lovely summer flavour without being overly gassy. Long time since I've had such a nice flavour and would recommend it to any Coeliac (or anyone - in fact) who used to love blonde beers. Well done you!
